Shipping and Returns
Where does Aura Bathe Ship To?
We ship to the United States (Including Alaska and Hawaii but excluding Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands) and Canada via USPS. We currently do not ship internationally to any other countries but do not fret, we are working on offering Aura worldwide.
How much does shipping cost?
Below are our shipping rates for the United States and Canada. You can choose the rate of your choice during the checkout process. Please note that we only ship Monday through Friday excluding major US holidays, orders may ship same day if it is received before 12pm. Otherwise orders will ship the following day.

How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please email us at help@aurabathe.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee your order change or cancellation can be made if the order is already processing for shipment.
Where can I buy Aura at a store?
We are currently only offering Aura online. In the near future, if we are offered in person we will post those locations here.
How do I return my order?
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns for our bottled items. Bath bombs and any non-bottled item cannot be returned.
The Goods
Where do you get your ingredients?
All of our ingredients are sourced responsibly from vendors based within the United States. Our products are manufactured on the West Coast primarily in California.
Do you test on animals?
We 100% do not and will not ever test our products on animals. All of our products are tested by us and on us.
Can I get samples?
We currently do not offer samples at this time.
